Pets are not allowed except for service animals with appropriate certificates.
Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be accepted as guests.
We cannot guarantee check-in outside the hours indicated in the listing.
Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment.
In compliance with local regulations, guests will be asked to provide an ID and sign a short-lease contract prior to their arrival.
We cannot issue invoices to companies for your stay but only receipts to individuals.
Loss or breakage of keys will result in a charge of Euro 150.00.
Calls between 10PM and 8AM to open the door due to keys left inside the apartment there will be a charge of Euro 70.00.
Baby crib available on request at Euro 10,00 per day.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the entire facility.
Try to curb electricity waste and avoid overloading by not turning on too many appliances all at once.
Do not move furniture inside the apartment, if possible.
Be respectful of your neighbours by not making too much noise, especially in the evening and at night.
When you leave the house, remember to turn off lights and air conditioners, and also to close all the windows in order to avoid damages due to rain or wind. Also, always make sure you have your keys with you!
On the day of your departure, leave the kitchen clean and tidy, and throw away your garbage if possible in the appropriate bins in the street. Don't leave it in the building's common areas or in the street.
